Refund Policy

General Rule
Refund eligibility depends on product type, payment status and whether the digital item or top-up has already been delivered.
Gift Cards
Gift card orders generally cannot be refunded after the code has been delivered or revealed, unless the code is proven invalid and has not been redeemed.
Top Ups
Top-up orders can be reviewed if delivery fails, account details were not processed, or the payment provider reports an issue.
Incorrect Details
If incorrect customer details are submitted, support will try to help, but refunds are not guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
Payment Failures
If payment fails or is cancelled, the order will not be fulfilled. If money was deducted, support will review provider confirmation details.
